Our Client is an established and fast expanding manufacturer of high quality and innovative Medical Devices supplied to customers on a worldwide basis. Entrepreneurial in nature, the Company embraces a culture of collective responsibility and collective reward. A series of highly successful product launches combined with an exciting NPD pipeline means that it is on course to achieve its ambitious business plan objectives. As an integral part of its growth programme, the Company is now seeking to recruit a high calibre Clinical Research professional.

Reporting in at Director level, this is a rare opportunity to utilise all your knowledge & experience in order to bring the Company’s Clinical Research/Trials function in-house. Based at the Company’s UK Head Office in the North-West of England, you will assume full responsibility for setting up the department and for its subsequent management and performance. Enjoying a high degree of autonomy and support, your remit will be both strategic and tactical in nature and will include: developing/writing protocols; locating & setting up study centres (UK & International); through to the review of CRFs and GCP report writing. You will work closely with the Company’s Regulatory and Sales & Marketing departments.

Of Graduate calibre (or higher), you will be able to demonstrate a proven Clinical Research career track record gained within a Medical Devices environment. A confident self-starter, you will relish the challenge of setting up and ‘running your own show’.
